I was so impressed with R&R. We dropped our car off to them after hours, and promptly received a call the next morning before noon. They were patient as we decided what we wanted to do. They gave us options, communicated extremely well, were up front and honest with quotes, and in the end, we paid less than they had quoted. Our car runs smoothly. We are impressed and grateful for how fair and honest they have been with us. We will 100% be back and highly recommend this shop!! They replaced our power steering, alternator, and battery which were previously not functioning at all. We've been driving it for over a week now with no problems.

Someone there damaged my wheels during brake service and no one let me know a mistake had happened. Also, even though I scheduled a whole day for brakes and rotor replacement, they didnt have parts on hand and had to keep my car an additional day. No loaner offered. Update: Found long scratches (pic attached) on my trunk this morning. These too are scratches that happened at R&R as they removed 2 items from my trunk while they had my car for 2 days. Update: R&R replied to this review to say they would address these issues, however, no one has yet to contact me to make this right.
